Payments, wallet and automatic renewal

You pay for EpicHost services from the wallet in the panel. You top it up with BLIK, PayPal, paysafecard or a bank transfer, and servers can renew themselves.

Topping up the wallet

In Panel → Wallet click Top up and choose a method:

• BLIK: a code from your banking app;
• PayPal;
• paysafecard: up to 200 zł;
• a fast online transfer from your bank;
• a regular transfer: credited within 2 working days.

Before paying you see the amount to pay and the amount that goes to your balance. We issue the invoice for a top-up to the details in Your profile, so fill them in before paying.

Buying and longer periods

Prices in the offer are for 30 days. When buying you can choose a longer period and pay less:

• 60 days: −5%;
• 90 days: −10%;
• 180 days: −15%;
• 365 days: −20%.

A discount code, e.g. from an event or a partner, goes in when you buy the service.

Automatic renewal

In the service's Extend tab turn on Automatic renewal and choose how long to renew for. We take the payment from your wallet balance on the day the period ends. When the wallet runs short, we send you a reminder beforehand.

In the same tab you can renew the service by hand at any time: the new period is added to the current one.

When the period ends

A service that is not renewed in time is suspended. Renew it as soon as you can: after a longer time the service and its data are deleted according to the terms.

Coupons

You redeem a coupon with an amount in the wallet: the money goes to your balance.
