Server address, subdomain and ports
Updated 02-10-2026
Everything about the server's address is in Server settings → Addresses.
Address and port
Each server has the node's IP address (or its name) and its own main port. Players connect to address:port. If the port is 25565, the address alone is enough. Support can change the main port for you: open a ticket.
Your own subdomain
Instead of an address with a port, you can set a subdomain of our domain, e.g. survival.epsrv.pl:
- Enter the name and save.
- The panel creates the DNS records itself, including an SRV record that tells Minecraft the port. Players then type just the subdomain.
- The change usually works within a few minutes.
The name must not be offensive or impersonate other brands (see the terms of service).
Extra ports
Some add-ons need their own port: voice chat, a world map in the browser or Geyser for Bedrock players. You add an extra port in the same tab, within your package's limit. Add-ons installed with one click take a port themselves.
Protection against attacks
Every server is protected by our network's Anti-DDoS at no extra cost. Minecraft Shield (separate guide) adds protection against bots and mass joins of fake players: servers from 14.99 PLN per 30 days get it included.
